Ben McGiffin, DMD
Dr. Ben McGiffin is passionate about helping patients overcome dental discomfort and restoring their confidence through healthier smiles. He finds great joy in transforming something broken into something whole again, ensuring each patient receives gentle, compassionate care in a relaxed setting. His calm demeanor and thoughtful approach help patients feel at ease throughout their dental experience.
About Dr. McGiffin
Originally from Lakewood, WA, Dr. McGiffin now calls Greenacres, WA, home. He and his wife, Mary, enjoy life with their six children—one son and five daughters. When he’s not in the office, Dr. McGiffin loves spending time with his family, playing music, and staying active in sports. He also spent two years in southern France as a missionary, an experience that deepened his appreciation for connection, service, and community.
Education & Training
Dr. McGiffin earned his Bachelor’s degree from Pierce College in Lakewood, WA, followed by a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ. Before becoming a dentist, he practiced dental hygiene in western Washington, Spokane, and Arizona, which gave him a strong foundation in preventive and patient-centered care.
He has been part of the Northview Family Dental team since 2023, proudly serving patients throughout eastern Washington and northern Idaho.
