Our Story & Growth
Northview Family Dental was purchased in 2011 by Dr. Robert Leale, who envisioned a new kind of dental experience; one that combined advanced care with a genuine sense of community. What began as a single-dentist practice has grown into a two-location, multi-specialty office with seven dentists and more than 30 dedicated team members. This continued growth reflects the practice’s focus on positive dentistry that fits seamlessly into patients’ lives while fostering a workplace that inspires and supports every team member.
