“Making an appointment was easy. Front desk ppl were super personable. Paperwork was minimal. I was given a lively tour by Frankie, shown the VIP room with full-body massage chair, given a preference card where I can choose streaming music and movies, promptly offered nitrous, because I find going to the dentists less desirable than getting hit by a car. Nicole was my dental hygienist. She rocks! She explained everything, was gentle, fast and thorough. She is also a wealth of knowledge of all things dentistry. The dentist, I forget his name, sorry, probably the NOS, was also personable and thorough. I was given several treatment options; given a gift bag with a nice freakin beanie, and marveled as I walked to my car because I didn’t have a panic attack and my mouth didn’t hurt.
